Management Team

DIRECTOR = ELAINE WALTON, mother of four grown children and has four grandchildren. Is an integral part of the management team and cares deeply for all the staff, children and families. Rooftops is not just a business it is a way of life!

MANAGER = MICHELLE SWEENEY, I am NNEB {1986} and NVQ level 4 {2006} trained and have been the manager of Rooftops since October 2001. Rooftops is a wonderful place to work and feels for me like a home from home! I am a mother of two girls born 2003 and 2009, both of whom have attended Rooftops and they still talk about it and the staff with deep feelings of affection!

DEPUTY MANAGER = TERRI STEELE, I am NVQ3 trained and have been at Rooftops since October 2003 and Deputy Manager since April 2009. I started at Rooftops as a student and worked my way up through studying childcare to my position now. I have a son and a daughter who both attended Rooftops prior to starting school.

SENIOR/THIRD IN CHARGE = KIM O’LEARY,  I am NVQ3 trained and have been at Rooftops since May 2018. I am the Senior worker and NVQ3 Senco trained. I am a mother and grandmother, who’s younger children and grandchildren have attended the nursery.
